What was the bit with Ralphie and the reference to Lindsay Nagle??? I missed the first part and didn't get the joke?

It wasn't really a joke. Everyone was calling everyone else so that the whole city could get together to work on a plan to defeat the Army. And it was Krusty's job to call Ralph, and Ralph's job to call Lindsay. Lindsay Nagle is just a slimmer, better looking, version of my ex-fiance. Now that my lawsuit against her is over, I can say whatever the @#$% I want!
