Just off the top of my head, I can think of these:

Evelyn (Marge's rich schoolmate) drives a Mercedes station wagon in "Scenes from the Class Struggle in Springfield (3F11)."
Milhouse drives a miniature Mercedes SL in "A Milhouse Divided (4F04)."
Burns has driven a Rolls-Royce on numerous occasions.
Speaking of Burns, he mentions "that new Packard" when a cab picks him up in "The Trouble With Trillions (5F14)."

I notice someone mentioned Ferrari, which strictly speaking isn't a luxury car, despite its luxury price tag. But if you're counting expensive sports cars, Krusty drives a Porsche in "Insane Clown Poppy (BABF17)."
