       episode of "The X-Files" at 8:00)
7:00 - Brawl in the Family (DABF01 - repeat)
    When a game of Monopoly turns into a family brawl, a family
    counselor is assigned to the Simpsons...and just when things are
    back to normal, Homer gets a surprise visit - from his second
    wife (as seen in "Viva Ned Flanders")
7:30 - The Frying Game (DABF16)
    As part of his community service for threatening an endangered
    species, Homer has to take care of an elderly lady, and when she
    dies, he is accused of killing her and threatened with the
    electric chair

5/22 - SPECIAL WEDNESDAY AIRING - SEASON FINALE
       Poppa's Got a Brand New Badge (DABF17)
    Homer causes a citywide blackout, resulting in widespread
    looting - but when Lisa's saxophone is stolen, Homer takes the
    law into his own hands (say, whatever happened to the Springfield
    Cat Burglar, anyway?)

5/26 - PRE-EMPTED for the Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR race (in the west, the
       race will be over by 8:00, but the Fox stations will show
       "local" programming instead)

6/2 - Tales from the Public Domain (DABF08)
    The Simpsons are going to...go back in history, with Homer in
    Homer's "Odyssey", Lisa as Joan of Arc, and Bart as Hamlet

5/26 - PRE-EMPTED for the Coca-Cola 600 NASCAR race (in the west, the
       Fox stations will show "local programming" rather than a
       Futurama repeat - the San Francisco and Sacramento FOX stations
       are showing reruns of "Friends" and "Married...with Children"
       (followed by the movies "Days of Thunder" and "While You Were
       Sleeping") respectively

6/2 - Roswell That Ends Well (3ACV19)
    What happens when you run a microwave in space during a
    supernova?  If you're on the Planet Express ship, you get sent
    back to Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947, where Bender's body and
    Zoidberg are captured, and Bender's body and Fry have to try to
    free them with a little help from one of the soldiers - Fry's
    uncle

THE THINGS YOU DIG UP IN THE USENET ARCHIVES - I posted this on
December 20, 1999; pay close attention to that last bit in
parentheses:
    Note this is the last episode before sometime in February - Fox
    is showing "Family Guy" on 12/26, a second episode of "The
    Simpsons" on 1/2, and then premiering "Malcolm in the Middle"
    (which, by the way, has nothing to do with "Malcolm & Eddie") on
    1/9.  When "Futurama" returns, it will be moved to 7:00 (although
    I for one don't think it will stay there for too long - certainly
    not when football season starts again in September)
Three seasons later, and, er, it's still on Sundays at 7:00...
