When Frink fast-forwarded through the episode, the TV showed a "Bones" commercial, two scenes from "War and Pieces" (Marge watching Bart and Milhouse play the video game, and a long shot of the scaffold), a "So You Think You Can Dance?" commercial, a scene from "Master and Cadaver" (Marge tending to the chef), a "Glee" commercial, and two scenes from "tweenlight" (one with the deer from the opening, and Homer as a bat after he falls to the ground).
The credits in the "Monster Mifflin" opening aren't Halloween credits.
I'm not 100% sure about this, but I think that every time somebody dies in the video game, they let out a Wilhelm Scream. The same scream is used in place of the usual scream that replaces the "Shh!" in the Gracie Films logo.
The games in the attic are based on Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders (itself based on Snakes & Ladders), Concentration, Hungry Hungry Hippos, Mouse Trap, Battleship, Monopoly, Barrel of Monkeys, Yahtzee, Tiddlywinks, and Jumanji. The "lifesize" games also included variations on Ker-Plunk (the game with Rod and Todd inside of it), tabletop ice hockey, chess, Mystery Date, Slinky, lawn darts, Operation, Clue, Scrabble, Life (the pink car Bart was driving), and Hangman. (I assume the cannon was from Monopoly - there are no gray cannons in, say, Risk.)
Presumably, the two "Mystery Dudes" were Kang and Kodos - but isn't one of them female?
It looks like Lisa's Latin is a little rusty - she said they had to finish "the" game (i.e. Satan's Path), but Bart did it by finishing "a" game (Mouse Catch).
The champagne on the boat is "Moe et Chandon."
These vampires do not seem to have a problem being out in direct sunlight.
