In episode [3G02] Lisa's Sax - at the very end Lisa is heard playing a tune while a montage of clips that show her playing are seen.

The snpp guide (http://www.snpp.com/episodes/3G02.html) gives this song as the Simpson's Theme but it clearly is not. What is the name of the song she is playing?
