Homer's Mother's name, according to the Simpsons Uncensored Family Album, is Penelope Olsen.

I have heard it elsewhere as Mona Simpson.

But, this could be wrong. Marge's mother's name according to the show is Jacqueline Bouvier, but the Family Album says Ingrid Gurney.
