The Comedy Network (Canada) will be airing The City of New York vs Homer Simpson on July 23rd at 9pm and midnight. I was wondering, is this the first time this episode has aired anywhere since September 11th?

No, I have seen it at least one other time, also in Canada... perhaps on CBC or CFMT out of Toronto. I remember that it was some time ago... maybe three or four months.
I remember mentioning it to a friend through an IM... perhaps I have the date logged... I will look if I have a chance.
I saw it a month or two back on a station here in the US.

Saw it on an ABC station months ago. The Comedy Network aired that episode on March 17. Lots of people have seen it elsewhere too.

Me too, Channel 22 Burlington/Plattsburg. I gather that some stations are still reluctant to show it. Has it been shown in NYC? Of course, in a few years it will be on DVD and I won't care who shows it.
