Real-life Simpsons, yet again.

Yet another case of life mirroring art:

I was at a conference today where this guy was giving some boring speech about our cultural heritage or something and he took this long pause and said:

"you know - one word comes to mind... Proactive".

And he wrote that on the board.

I couldn't stop thinking of replying: "Um, aren't 'proactive' and 'paradigm' just words stupid people use to make themselves sound smart? I'm fired aren't I."
