In the cape feare episode,during the parole board scene,you can see a clear portrait of bill clinton behind the parole board.could this be a reference to Black Widower,when SSB is being dragged away by the cops at the end and he rants "I'll be back.You cant keep the Democrats out of the white House forever.And when they get in,I'll be back on the street!
