I was sort of half-watching yesterday when Homer was judging the pig contest, and at the end he happened upon a pig in sunglasses. I think he said something like "that's so 80's". Did anyone happen to catch what Homer actually said, and what the sign said that was actually near the pig in the sunglasses?

Nope, there was no sign. The only things that come close are the close-up of the Vaseline canister just before Homer walks in, the banner for the Place Setting Contest right after that scene, and Homer's sash that says Judge. Here's the dialogue from the time Homer starts talking after walking into the pig tent.
"Comely...Succulent...Clearly had a snout job...Too 80s."
FWIW the UK pop compilation album series Now That's What I Call Music used to feature a sunglassed pig in the 80's.
"Can't touch this ... pig!"
