Was Milhouse on steroids?

I was wondering if Milhouse was on steroids in Future-Drama. He was obviously very muscular, but there was a line where he said that he got a nosebleed while dancing (or something), which is suggestive of steroid use. On the other hand, he was "blasting his quads" at the end (exercising), so his physique may be natural.

that's the impression I got. And it is not as if people who don't do steroids don't work out. steroids don't grow muscle for you, they just make it a lot easier for people to get stronger. because you're stronger you can exercise more and also build up that way.

Milhouse has a history of getting nosebleeds for very trivial reasons. I think this was just one in a series of jokes pointing out that despite his overcompensation in developing huge muscles, he's still wimpy little Milhouse inside.... I was reminded of that fellow in the late night cable ads (is he selling a weight machine or vitamin supplament or some such?) He looks like a Bill Gates style geek's head grafted onto Mr. Universe..

yeah, but keep in mind steroids are an easy way of allowing Milhouse to compensate for his problems. as i explained before, just because you use rhoids, doesn't mean you don't work out. also, when lisa broke up with milhouse and he went psycho looked to me like a good case for rhoid rage.

In a perfect cartoon universe to suggest steroid use for sure, Milhouse would have looked like a Sammy Sosa bobble head doll. Then when HE went through the quantum tunnel, he would have had GIR show up in the back seat asking "Why is his head so Big? WHY is his HEAD so big?? Why is his head SO BIG????"
