you obviously are looking for a comprehensive answer

if secretariat were alive, it would kick tysons ass since its teeth are much bigger (tyson's in the fight, i assume biting is allowed)

if secretariat is dead, it would kick tysons ass since he would pummel it and grow tired and pass out and the fumes of decay would infest him and he'd die of flatulence
