Hi

Can anyone tell me the name of that tune playing on KBBL while Bart was yelling "Where's My Elephant?" in the episode where bart get's Stampy? Where's the tune from? I've heard it somewhere before... Or is it one of those tunes that everyone uses at some time or another...?
