Am I the only one who noticed that it says Executive Producer Al Jean at the beginning of the episod and Executive Producer Mike Scully at the end? Same with last week's. Why is this?

That's because all the new episodes shown so far this year are hold-overs from last year when Mike Scully was still the guy running the show. Starting with the next episode, Al Jean will be the Executive Producer at the end (since he is now the show runner)
