Hello I have just found this newsgroup where the Simpsons is obviously talked.
I have watched The Simpsons ever since it came on in 1989 and I was about 4 years old. Of course back then I did not get the humor and plus my mom was a bit worried about all that Bart contreversy.
I'm now 15, watch the show a lot, have many toys, bought the S1 boxed set, and many other Simpsons-related things. Tomorrow will be the season premerie which I will be very excited about after the midly dissapointing Treehouse of Horror episode.
This season does look very promising especally after horrible seasons 10 and 11 and 12. Sorry if I am causing flames about this but I just have not liked much episodes. Yes it is animation, but it is a bit far fetched these days. Also Homer always seems to be unoriginal stupid stuff and the focus of the show. Lisa is also being the focus and now complains instead of being smart and intellegent. Whatever happened to a good episode with Bart or Marge? Well at least tomorrow s episode will have Bart stealing a car so he is getting screen time this time!
