What EXACTLY did the japanese guy who answered the phone with "mushi- mushi" say to home rin the episodes where he is on the "Mr Sparkle" box?

"Moshi Moshi" (though I'm not sure if I've spelled that right) is simply a "Hello" appropriate for the telephone, just as the subtitles said.
