That song they always play when they imagine things (Land of Chocolate/Homer on the Murderhorn hallucinating) or when they go shopping... they always seem to hum to it...

Isn't it the olde 1930s standard "Turkey in the Straw"? Shows up in lots of contemporary Disney and Warner cartoons....
