Homer and Marge have a lot of great moments in bed - both personal and touching and just hilarious. Homer wearing the eyeball glasses while Marge talks is a classic, or the list of possible names he gives her, like Hooty McBoob and Busty St. Claire. What's your favorite Homer and Marge in bed moment?

Hello? Hello, Principal Skinner. No, Bart has never been to Hong Kong.

Hello? Tennessee State Police? No, my son's car was not crushed in Knoxville. I don't know where to begin telling you what's wrong with that.

Hello? No, Bart is not available tomorrow to deliver a human kidney to Amsterdam!

What was that?

I was saying "Pssst I love you"

Marge

Not really *in* bed, but when Marge's hair becomes so full that it can support a beach umbrella. Homer tells her to come to bed, and she's about to remove the umbrella when Homer stops her..."No, no, leave it in!". That shit cracks me up. My other favorite moment is when they're deciding on Bart's punishment in "Marge Be Not Proud". Homer's got his reading glasses on, and he appears to be deep in thought, reading out a list of punishments. After Marge's lines, we then see that Homer's just drawing a picture of a robot cooking a hot dog. Classic.

Did you say beer, or deer?

my favorite is from "Team Homer" when suddenly marge says sternly, "no i will not pay you $500 for sex. it's sick - besides, i don't have that kind of money to spend on sex." and then homer with the classic, "I'm getting a bowling team, and you're getting something in return. It's win win!"

D'oh! Gutter ball! There, Marge, you see, when you get wrapped up in your OWN little world, you forget that (waves around Game Boy) OTHER PEOPLE have problems too!!!"

Nay nay nay. THIS is THE best ever.

Marge: You sound like you're going to buy a pony. Promise me you won't.
   Homer: Mm.
Marge: What was that? Was that a yes or a no?
   Homer: Ba.
   Marge: Those aren't even words!
   Homer: Snuh!
Marge: Mmmmm. [turns off the light]
   Homer: [huge grin]

That 'ba' gets me everytime... it just goes to show that it's the little things in the show that make it great.

I have to agree, that is the best bit, although for me it's the grin at the end which makes it perfect

Just out of curiosity, is "Bart's Inner Child" the only episode in which Marge sleeps naked?

Marge reads a romance novel tearfully in bed one night while Homer sleeps next to her. Marge: [sniffling] This romance is so full of heartfelt passion. I can really identify with this corn-fed heroine. [turns to Homer] Homer...Homer, you awake? This is important -- give me some sign you're awake... Homer: [belches] Marge: [annoyed] Wake up! Homer: [slurred] Wha? What's wrong? House run away? Dog's on fire? Marge: Homey, do you think the romance has gone out of our lives? Homer: [belches]

The names were Chesty LeRoo, Busty St. Claire and Hooty McFlooberdink.

I bet no one has ever thought up names as good as that. I am currently in the process of changing my daughters names as we speak.

Marge looks on the bright side. ``You have your health, you have your best friend back, and... [coyly] you do have that certain special something...'' She means, of course, the Mr. Plow jacket. Homer fetches the jacket from the closet and makes his own weather prediction: ``The forecast calls for flurries of passion, followed by extended periods of gettin' it on.'' He turns off the light.
