First off, I can't remember what episode this is and I'd like to know.

And second, What is this an allusion to?

It can be found in episode 3F24, "El Viaje Misterioso de Nuestro Jomer".

Although I don't know exactly what the phrase alludes to, someone else on here probably does.

I still peek in and came by for the second anniversary of Snuh and was not surprised the same questions are still getting asked.

Like Benjamin Robinson once said, as long as they're people here to answer the questions, this newgroup will still be viable.

I notice a.t.s. is very slow of late, which usually happens waiting for the new season to start, but it really seemed to drop after the events of the 11th.
