New candy prohibition episode

I don't know if anyone brought this up yet, but I've been seeing the previews for this Sunday's episode. I don't know if they played it at the end of last Sunday's episode. In the episode, it looks like they're having Marge start a candy prohibition, and Homer is going to be the one smuggling it. Didn't they already do this with the alcohol prohibition? Why would they have that episode, and then make another episode with a prohibition and Homer the illegal supplier?
