Lisa skipping school?

In episode 3F23 ("You Only Move Twice"), where Homer gets a job in Hank Scorpio's nuclear power planet, and the Simpsons move to Cypress Creek, we see Lisa walking in the forest, while Homer is at work, and Bart is at school (in the remedial class). I think Lisa is skipping school in that episode, there were really some strange things going on in Cypress Creek, when Lisa was skipping school, don't you think (I just noticed it, watching a videotape)

That's tackled in the capsule (www.snpp.com/episodes/3F23.html) - from memory, the best argument I heard is that they have a revolving school year or whatever it's called, or perhaps it was in the afternoon shortly after school got out. I haven't seen that ep in a while, so the latter explanation might be wrong if those scenes are shown while Bart is at school.

(Hooray, I'm back! I was trying to figure out how to get newsgroup access while not at college, and didn't want to use google...it finally hit me to use the full name of my college server rather than just "news" - the netscape default - since the server of the computer I'm connected to didn't like me)
