Wassisname

I should have mentioned this before but had forgotten to. My personal tutor here at uni is almost exactly like someone from the simpsons, only I can't remember his name! It's in the episode where Germans take over the plant, the fat friendly german guy who says

"I have been elected to talk with you as I am the most non-threatening"

My tutor is German, looks and talks exactly like him, the only difference being that his hair is black, not white. If I can find a pic of him I will post it in reply, although I know it's hard to imagine the black hair white....

Anyway, need a name!
