What is this episode?

Hi all,

I have had this one line/scene stuck in my head for about a fortnight now, can somebody come up with the epsisode number for me.

The line is bart saying, "I dont think it matters". He says it in a strained voice, in reference to someone else pointing something out that perhaps only matters to them.

Sorry if this is too vauge, but I've been tihnking about this for some time now. I am pretty dam sure it is from the simpsons, but I watch so many cartoons these days.

When he was saying this, was he in the kitchen? And did the clock on the wall in the kitchen show 9:15, even though it was 3 a.m.? Was that the episode where we found out what state Springfield was in? Or the one where we found out Smithers was gay?

I checked www.snpp.com, doing a search on "I don't think it matters", and found nothing. Any other clues? Where was he when he said it? Who did he say it to? Ignore my other posting, unless you want to be teased.
