"The Cartridge Family" Question

When Homer is shooting the dinner plates in the backyard, after missing one, he walks up to it and says in a sinister tone "See you in hell, dinner plate!" Then he shoots it, closing his eyes as the little pieces of plate fly upwards. My question is, from what movie is this scene supposed to parody? I'm almost positive that I saw a scene in some movie where one character tells another "See you in hell, <character name>!" and then closes his eys and pulls the trigger, causing blood to splatter everywhere (much like the plate). Anyone got any clue?

No, I'm pretty sure that Under Seige is the only movie in which the words "See you in Hell" are spoken.
