Mysteries Of Life!

In my entire life i`ve only seen about 3/5 of all the Simpsons series.So I
have a few curiousities in my mind such as:
1)    Does Maggie ever TALK once in her life?(There was an episode where
Lisa imagines her life in the future and Maggie tried to talk but everybody
else interrupted her >^_^< )
2)    Milhouse(wats da correct spelling for his name?) likes Lisa but does
he ever shown his feelings towards her in person?
3)    Was there an episode where SnowBell the white cat got ran over a car?

Maggie says the word Daddy in an episode.

Millhouse never flat out tells her he likes her but she knows anyway

It's SnowBALL and the cat was black and no I don't think they actually had an episode where he/she dies.

no !i really saw it in an episode where Bart got hit by Mr. Burns car.While Bart was unconcious,he "dreamed" that he flew to heaven and saw a flat(road kill) white cat named SnowBell(i think im sure) !!! and then he falls down to hell bcos he spit down on earth

If you watch the First Episode Ever (tm), that Christmas special on DVD, you'll find that Marge mentions in a letter she writes, that they now have a new cat (Snowball II) after the first one was killed by a car. So I'm pretty certain that Snowball I was never actually seen on TV ...

Snowball I was seen in 3GO2, Lisa's Sax in one of the flashbacks (she's appropriately white). However there is no episode that shows her death.
