what episodes are these bits from?

I was thinking of two of my favorite bits from the show but couldn't remember which episodes they come from, help!

1. Lisa is reading a letter from a foreign girl that starts talking about how horrible her country is but in mid letter switches to talk about how great the new dictator is (complete with a voice over change).

2. Marge is talking to bart in his room and suddenly a saw comes up from the floor, saws out a circle and homer pokes his head out of the hole. He says 'uh oh" and drops back down again.
