I watched Fox on the east coast (8 a tired episode of 'The Simpsons', 8:30 a lame fan special, 9:30 a so-so 'The Cleveland Show'). TCS was only mildly touching (Cleveland Jr.'s stepsister in a fat suit befriends him). Nothing special.

Then at 10 (eastern), I watched the 7 o'clock hour on the west coast (football over-run didn't allow eastern/central viewers to see this), a repeat of 'Family Guy' (Peter runs his father-in-law's company) and 'American Dad!' (Stan doesn't like the REAL Francine) and I laughed ten times more.

It's just not the same without FG and AD. I hate boring football and wish the east coast could get the filler 7 programming the west coast gets.

Sadly, if you don't watch the show, it makes you look like an idiot when you then proceed to use the old catch phrase in reference to it all.

I would have preferred more emphasis on the show, and less on the show's cultural impact. I don't need to see loser Simpson fans on TV; I own a mirror. It was kind of interesting to see the faces attached to the voices I've been hearing on the DVD commentaries all these years. But, Morgan Spurlock... why?
