I enjoyed both of them very much - maybe it's partly related to the mood I'm in when I watch one, but both were packed with fun and had "any season" kind of plots, which is very nice...jolly good show!
EABF16, the Bart of War (I particularly liked the "hijinks" thing, and Wiggum's hyphenation speech - "Fiji" is (I think) the only other word in English with three dotted letters in a row; also, since I watched this from a tape and wasn't watching the counter I kind of thought it would be over soon after the VIP and Duff sign bits - but the actual end was good as well.)
DYN: ...both episodes tonight seemed quieter than usual? (Maybe it was local, but everything else was normal volume) ...Pamela Hayden didn't get a starring credit again? (She did in 4F04 and I think a few others - CABF08 maybe) ...Milhouse still looks a little wacked out near the end of act 1, when Wiggum is talking to them? ...for Ned, the Beatles' "bigger than Jesus" assertion is a pretty good reason to like them so much? ...the digital coloring is starting to look "correct" now? (sometimes it looks kind of odd) ...Homer has his license back now? (ah, the status quo) ...Kirk got up on the wrong side of the futon? (It seems like thus the only side to get off it is the bad side, which might explain his crummy bachelorhood...) ...Lisa only appears 3 times, and for about 1 line each? ...Apu calls Marge "Mrs. Bart" (cf. "Mrs. Homer")? ...unless Milhouse (I think it was him) was just being extra formal, Lenny's last name is Leonard? ...Mel has his bone out of his hair (first time?)?

Comments: -a tautology is something that's always true, it's used mostly in a context of logic - as opposed to something like "it's raining today" which may be true or false - but I wonder if Marge considered sex changes when she classified "boys will be boys" as one - did you think of that, Marge?? -4H is some sort of club like Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, etc - I think it's farm-based or something but I could be wrong - anyway, all I really remember from what my mom mentioned once is that the 4 Hs stand for head, heart, hands (like doing stuff with them), and health - the 5th H doesn't quite fit in there, but it was a pretty good joke

Promo wackiness: -When Maggie crawled away from the house in the promo (during EABF16, I believe, and more I guess) she kept going until she was off screen, but in the ep they cut after she got to the sidewalk - one of the shorter deleted "scenes"...
