Which episode (argh) does Maude get kidnapped by militants in?

Flanders comes over and asks if Homer can watch Rod and Todd because Maude was kidnapped by militants in the Holy Land, and Ned has to go to Capital City to fill out some forms.

Homer: Gee, I'd really love to wanna help you Ned...

Homer: But Marge (gestures to living room)... was, uh...kidnapped by...militants...in the, uh...Holy Land....
