In the greatest factory fire in history, 188 people, mostly young women, die in a blaze that consumed a doll factory in Bangkok, Thailand. The factory was at work making Bart Simpson dolls for the American market; workers had been locked by management inside the factory.

actally sounds like the triangle fire, March 25, 1911, a fire broke out on the top floors of the Asch Building in the Triangle Shirtwaist Company. Within minutes, the quiet spring afternoon erupted into madness, a terrifying moment in time, disrupting forever the lives of young workers. By the time the fire was over, 146 of the 500 employees had died.
