With the addition of Nelson I think that completes all major Simpsons cast members having made an appearance in the buff, and several secondary players as well.

Which are all recurring characters. There's probably a few dozen others (the simpson's character list easily runs into the hundreds) that have yet to appear nude. I'm not sure if you're including implicit nudity, by which you might knock a few characters out (it was stated that Lisa was found "swimming nude" in Duff fountain at Duff park, I'm not sure if that counts, since there was no visual depiction of it). With the exception of Lisa, I do believe the rest of the Simpson's family has been shown nude on several occasions, so if you just want to talk principal cast, then what you say is almost true. But Nelson is no more a major cast member than anyone else I mentioned above, so his addition doesn't make for any kind of milestone.
Ned is seen nude in "Alone Again, Natura diddly" in Homer's tape. Lisa is seen nude too (ex : in the phone book in "Days of Vine and D'oh ses") Skinner is nearly seen nude in "The Dad who Knew too Little
