Does anyone know?

I'm looking for an episode (old) where Homer is at a market or something like that. When he is there he tastes somthing i think is very strong pepper from Guatemala, and then he goes totally loco. It is in the desert and he said something like "I hope this doesnt brain my damage" Does anyone know what this episode is called?
