When "Yokel Chords" originally aired, I made a point of telling this group that I thought the avoided term was "Alcolholic" rather than "Jew". (As in, 'Hey, it's one of those big-nosed people!', 'A clown?', 'No, a Je-', 'Hey hey!')

Or that Latin lesson in the "Sister Mary Elephant" skit that is on one of those "Cheech and Chong" records.

"vinci" is the current italian for "you win" (present) (and no, it has nothing to do with Leonardo: Vinci was the name of his hometown, near Florence: it's Leonardo (coming) from Vinci), while vici is the latin for "I won" (past).
