Marge the Conservative Marge discovers the Republican party and rises in power, defeating Mayor Quimby and restoring right-wing rule to the city. Under Marge's power acts such as banning abortions, NRA meetings for minors, imposing a $500 for religion other than protestantism and other crazy laws, Jerry Falwell tells her she has built a conservative dream, but America isn't ready for a "utopia." Marge claims the senator has gone soft and challenges him to a debate at Washington D.C.

Nitpick: This should probably be titled "Searching for Lisa Simpson". I highly recommend the movie "Searching for Bobby Fischer" for those who haven't seen it. It's a very good (and true!) story, and is appropriate for the whole family, for those concerned about that sort of thing.

Further, with Lisa's having discovered Buddhism *and* being an elitist, she would probably claim Go is more interesting and look down on chess players. I'd suggest "Lisa no Go", but probably the majority of folks on a.t.s have no idea what "Hikaru no Go" is.

I'd wonder if Marge the Libertarian might be more appropriate. I know that Marge votes Democrat (after all, she worked for the Carter administration), but she seems relatively conservative culturally. I'm reminded of, eg. her comments about Gore Vidal in "Summer of 4 Ft. 2", or her disapproval of Homer's medical marijuana. (Yes, I know it can be argued that libertarianism was already parodied in "Bart's Inner Child", but I'd argue that's much more a parody of psychobabble and latter-day psychology than it is of any political view.)

Probably won't fly, as Fischer has come out with some anti-American, anti-Jewish statements recently.
