Is there a "Gina Vendetti" in OFF? If so, is she supposed to be based on Gino Vanelli, the 70s singer?

I had honestly forgotten who she was (too much Luvox). I was probably one of the people who pointed out the "Gino Vanelli" thing here in ats right after the episode was shown.
