In the scene from 9F15 where Burns and Smithers run the power plant by themselves, instrumental background music is played, but I can't figure out the name of the piece on any of the Simpsons websites. I've heard it many times before - it's kind of a generic musical piece. It makes me think of 50's housewives with sparkling kitchens and visions of post-WWII American progress. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? Does anyone know the name of the musical piece, who composed it, or where it originated from? I would love to get a copy of the full piece if anyone can help me. Thanks!
