Here in London the BBC have just started showing Series 11 and something has changed. Have I become a boring old fart overnight or has the series lost something? It looks the same but where is the charm? What has happened to the kick-in-the-stomach humour? Bart just seems to be an irritating brat now.
Seriously has something changed? Someone important left? New writers? New middle managers? Anything?

are you saying that the BBC hasnt showed seasons 12,13,14, and part of 15?!?! or are you talking about in syndication? either way, im a big simpsons fan but seasons 10-14 arent the best seasons that they've put out
First run episodes are shown in Britain on Sky, a Fox cable/satellite channel. These are mostly up to date at early season 15.
Terrestrial broadcasts are on BBC 2 and are currently four seasons behind. They used to be eight seasons behind when they started in 1997 and clawed a little time back by year-round 'new' episodes...
