Maybe Sideshow Mel's contract doesn't get renewed while Krusty's does, Krusty has no problem with Mel gone and hires back Bob Terwilliger. Mel then decides to get into politics and hires Cecil as a consultant. The title I'm thinking is " A Mel - House Divided" or " Don't Honk! You're Van Horn?"
a better title would be "sideshow show-off", but only if at the end S.H mel fought for his job back with krusty or something
