that was a good one damn that was smooth
i liked tonights episode but like most of you thought it was a bit rushed and many continuity errors (not stupid ones but big ones that the plot really depended on) and if we knew anything about ernest k. smithers at all (like if smithers had hinted at a fatherless childhood in any other episodes) it would have made the whole murder case more rewarding. i really like the when they play with form the way they did tonite completely making fun of things we complain about by doing them so obviously ala moe appearing and the afforementioned false clip show incident.. this is becoming a second nature to the show like something we should expect. it has been done before but now its becoming very well executed (not just a tongue in cheek cop out ending anymore) and something i think the show will be remebered for in the future.
does anybody else in here feel they missed a perfectly good scooby doo parody oppotunity when they were searching in the tunnel i kept waiting for it to happen oh welll the whole scooby doo thing is so obvious and tired anymore anyhow but still they could have done it well.

ps. also this would have been a damn good feature film plot for the simpsons to expand on...damn good
