Just watching E7 from Series 14 where Bart is in the classroom with Mrs K and Principle Skinner is supposed to be taking her out and he keeps putting his Mother first, and Bart thinks who else there is for Edna instead of Skinner.
Whilst going through the duds, the version I'm watching seems to jump as if someone has been cut out between Comic Book Guy and Kerney

Yes. Mel Gison and Opera were cut out. The principal behind this is to shorten the episode so more commercials can be shown. On your remore controlled TV.
BTW, do you remember the episode where Kernel Klink appeared in one of Homer's thought balloons?
