Opinions shaped by this NG?

I'm curious: Has anyone in this group has there opinions about the show changed by this newsgroup? That is, were you fairly pleased and happy about the show until you joined this newsgroup?

I think if something has changed the opinions of people (in a way that made them less happy and pleased with the recent show) it were not the notorious "It sucks. Worst .... ever" posts but posts with real arguments and posts that explained problems of recent seasons and episodes in a somehow logical and objective way and that showed people some alternative ideas and ways to watch episodes.

I always thought the show was great before I came here. Now I always look at it from the eyes of a critic
