Well, it's me again, the man that absolutely hates WNYW FOX5 NY, as some of you probably know. Starting Septmber 18, WNYW is all but going to drop the Simpsons, as far as I can tell. You see, they are going to replace the 7:30 time slot, which has been the Simpsons' time slot since forever, with the new kid in town, Seinfeld, giving it twice a night (7:30 & 11:00). Also, this coming September is the start for new syndicated programming. At 5:00, it's King of the Hill [shudders], 5:30, Just Shoot Me, 6:00, Unknown, 6:30, Just Shoot Me, 7:00, Unknown, and 7:30, Seinfeld. This leaves 6:00 and 7:00 for the Simpsons. However, WNYW seems to have a hard-on for The Nanny, which will probably get one slot. Here's a question to anyone that can answer: Does anyone _know_ what will be in the slot. Conversely, what are the odds that either the WB or UPN will pick up the Simpsons? Does anyone know of any exclusivity that WNYW has, or the steps involved in picking up the Simpsons? Whew.

Is WNYW a Fox station? If it is, I'd really be surprised if it doesn't show The Simpsons at least once a day.

Well people in the Hartford/Springfield area are losing our 5:30 episode of OFF.Anyone in this area should contact Fox 61.If there's a show that should be dropped for King Of The Hill it should be Home Improvement.My 2 cents.

According to the promo I saw last night, KotH is going to be on at 5:30.

I was kind of glad when the replaced one Simpsons episode with Fraiser, because I had more time to study. I think there is a correlation between my grades and the number of Episodes being syndicated at one time.

Why do these stupid local stations think that people want to see 2 episodes of mediocre shows. ONE episode of JSM or KotH is enough. Seinfeld...should not be on at 7:30, it's more adult oriented.
And while we're at it, get rid of the stupid logos and now advertising on the bottom of the screen!
