I see them on ebay and I've heard the cracks on the DVD commentaries- are there any "Real, Certified" Cels? As in, released ligitimately by whomever does that?
Not that the cels you would find on ebay (et al) wouldn't be the real deal, but were any officially released?

FOX studios releases a few hundred production cels a couple times a year I believe. Check animation cel websites that sell them. And yes, the real ones do have stamps or holograms on them with a serial number, and they come with a certificate of authenticity. I own one actually. A lot of the ones you see on eBay are fakes that some guy made himself. A real one usually costs between $400 and $700. If you see one on eBay for $9.99, it's probably a fake.
