Linda had one album released posthumously called Wide Prairie. It's a compliation of all the songs she wrote throughout her life. There are a couple marginal songs, but most are memorable for all the wrong reasons. Some are absolutely hilarious...again for all the wrong reasons.
Other than that and some Paul albums, she hasn't done anything that I know of.

No one mentioned New Rhythm and Blues Quartet (NRBQ), they did all the Beatle songs that are used on the show. Their music has been played on more episodes then I can remember. They were the bar band in the Hell Satans Motorcycle Gang Episode and appeared live in the closing credits playing the theme song on that episode.
