REVIEW: C-plus - this one had all the makings of "meh" until the
        "hey, the meteor shower is starting, let's pretty much forget
        about resolving the rest of the plotlines except for some lame
        Milhouse baseball joke at the end and play some song from
        who knows how many years ago over a montage" bit.

Ok, I don't usually come to this NG, but I had to ask a question some weeks back and I decided to check back in.

1) The song they played at the end of the episode was "Starry Starry Night" by Don McLean, the same guy who did American Pie (the song, not the movie). 2) The planet Rigel 7 orbits the thin-disk star Rigel. Rigel is the most luminous star within 1000 light-years of the sattelite Hipparcos, which orbits earth.. We know that it is blue because it has been seen by orbiting telescopes. It actually doesn't appear q. blue because of a phenomenon known as "red shift".
