These have been driving me nuts... One is Lunchlady Doris saying sarcastically (in response to a request by Bart or someone) "see how fast I go..."
The other is more vague; this season or otherwise recently, Marge mispronouncing a word somehow - not foliage - it may have been a long I instead of a short one or something...

I believe "foilage" is from the family trip to the cider factory. As for "See how fast I go", it's a Doris Grau voice, but not Lunch Lady Doris. It's the waitress at the deli where Bart and Lisa are trying to arrange for Krusty and his father to "accidentally" meet.
