REVIEW: B-minus - yawn, yet another "Homer has to be saved at the
        last second" ending, along with "Guess what - the big change
        didn't really happen and everything is back to normal, and
        let's never speak of this new guy again except maybe as some
        obscure reference years from now".  At least they didn't go
        with "it was Grampa who saved Homer".

GOOFS / FREEZE FRAME / WHATNOT The 1960s mailman should not have been wearing a USPS logo, as the USPS did not exist then.

Moe's animation in the jump rope scene appears to be jumpy.

When Homer replaced his tire on the way home with Mason, the tire has no way of attaching itself to the car - it appears to be just the rubber part of the tire.

Interesting... I didn't even think of it as a "Homer has to be saved..." ending. But you have to admit, Grampa has some good deep-sea rescue skills ("...Hellfish")!

Nature vs. Nurture. Homer was raised a Simpson, so may have learned to be stupid, even without the gene. As for Bart, same thing applies.

Depends on what the police think is Simpson DNA. They've got far more reason to have Homer DNA and Bart DNA on file than Grampa DNA, and so to them that is what defines Simpson DNA.

That would be true if Lisa and Maggie were also stupid
