Which episode is this in.............?

It is the episode when Bart and Lisa have ring whistles (ie a ring with a plastic whistle attached and when they blow, it sounds like one of those party blowwer things). So does anyone remeber which episode they have these ring whistles in??

That was from Homer the Great (2F09) When marge talkes about the special club that only has 5 members, and two of them have special rings...
