Quote: As it escaped, Waters reportedly said, "That's my pig."
That sounds very Simpsons-like!
Quote: No reports suggest the pig said, "Th-th-that's all, folks..."

I thought you were going to work in a reference to Albert Hofmann.
But then, I don't recall any LSD on the show, just peyote and other natural hallucinagenics. Though, Hoffman did research on some of that other stuff after creating LSD.
Of course, there were dolphins on the show, at least that episode where they take over the world, and John C. Lilly has worked tried to communicate with dolphins, after doing work with altered states (that film is sort of based on him).
Pink Floyd was considered a psychedelic band before sort of morphing into the progressive rock band that made them so famous.
In the end, I'm not sure that you could claim The Simpson Curse on Albert Hofmann, even if there was a direct reference. After all, how can someone be cursed if they live to the age of 102?

Then there was the time Marge drank a glass of water and the walls melted, and the chicken opened the oven, said "Frankly, I think I'm overdone", and flew out of the window.
