In the end, Bill Clinton made an appearance and said something like "You see Lisa, the lesson here is that you should keep complaining until you get your way", then Marge says "Thats a pretty lousy lesson", then Clinton says "Well, I'm a pretty lousy president"
It's driving me nuts.

I just saw a syndicated rerun of an episode I hadn't seen before. It's one where Bart and Milhouse take over Comic Book Guy's store. What episode and season is this? Lou (the cop) has some pretty funny lines.
